Ingredients
- 250 g butter or mararine, soft
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 tablespoon, leveled cinnamon
- 600 g apples, sour apples (e.. Boskop)
- 200 g cranberries, fresh
- some breadcrumbs
- some powdered sugar

- Mix the butter or margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and stir into the fat. Peel the apples, cut into cubes and fold into the batter with the cranberries. Butter a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the prepared dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
