Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g mararine
  • 125 g suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Fat for the shape

For covering:

  • 5 apples
  • 0.5 liter ½ apple juice
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 ½ pack vanilla pudding powder
  • 0.5 ½ cup sugar

Also:

  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Work 125 g margarine, 125 g sugar, 200 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg and 1 packet of vanilla sugar into a dough. Peel and split the apples.
  2. Boil the apple juice with the lemon juice and the 1 1/2 packets of vanilla pudding powder and 1/4 cup of sugar (use less or more if necessary) to make a pudding (i.e. with apple juice instead of milk). Then mix the pudding with the apples.
  3. Then press the dough into a greased springform pan and spread the apple mixture over it. Bake the cake at 200 ° C for about 1 hour. Let cool after baking.
  4. Beat the cream and fold in the sour cream. Spread the mixture on the cake and sprinkle with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
