Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 130 g mararine or butter

For the cast:

  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g suar
  • 100 g almond (s), round

For covering:

  • 1 can / s apricot (s)
  • Almond (s), sliced
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Process the first-mentioned ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and place in a springform pan, pulling up one edge.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the almond glaze with the mixer and pour onto the dough.
  3. Spread the drained apricots on the dough with the hole facing up and garnish with sliced almonds.
  4. Bake at 160 ° C for 45 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
