Ingredients

  • 400 g apricot (s), cleaned, cut
  • 5 apricot (s) kernels, smashed
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 20 g vanilla suar
  • 0.7 liters brandy

Instructions

  1. Put the cut apricots and the smashed kernels together with the sugar in a sealable container and let the juice steep for about 12 hours.
  2. Then add the vanilla sugar and brandy. Let this mixture stand for about 3 weeks (or longer), shaking occasionally. Then filter.
