Ingredients
- 1 kg asparagus, white
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 200 g ham, cooked
For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard, grainier
- 6 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
- salt and pepper
- possibly tarragon

- Peel the asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until firm to the bite for 6-8 minutes. Cut the spring onion into thin rings and dice the ham.
- Mix with the salad sauce, made from the specified ingredients, and let it steep.
- Tarragon is also delicious in the salad dressing.
