Ingredients

5 tablespoon vinegar, (herb vinegar or white balsamic vinegar)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon mustard, hot
1 tablespoon herbs, mixed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and salad herbs. Add the sesame seeds and oil, mix. Then add the salad and let it steep for a moment.
Tastes great with Chinese cabbage and corn salad or all salads that like an Asian touch.
