- 2 small bananas, ripe
- 50 g butter, melt
- 150 g oat flakes, fine
- 100 g flour, whole rain
- possibly water

- Mash the bananas and mix with the other ingredients. The quantities given for flakes and flour are approximate. The exact amount is less important than the consistency. The mass should be so mushy that you can simply shape it into balls in your hand, press it flat and spread it on a baking sheet without too much sticking to your fingers. Add a little water if necessary.
- The biscuits won`t rise, so put them close together. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Let cool down and you`re done. I always keep the cookies in a cookie jar, because they hold up quite well.
- The addition of fat is important for the energy content of the meal, otherwise the baby will quickly be hungry again. However, sugar is not necessary. The biscuits have a natural sweetness due to the fruit.
- Baked the cookies for my son as an afternoon snack. But my husband also likes them very much. Next time I`ll try raisins or dried fruits.
