Bachelor’s Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Bread – 1-2 slices
  • Green onions – to taste
  • Fresh cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Smoked meat or bacon – 2 pieces
  • Ketchup (optional) – to taste
  • or mayonnaise (optional) – to taste

How to Make Bachelor’s Breakfast Hot Egg Sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Cut the middle out of a slice of bread.
  2. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter. Layout a slice of bread. Fry on one side until golden brown, about 1 minute.
  3. Flip a slice of bread. Drive an egg (or two, depending on the size of the bread slice) into the middle and fry the egg sandwich over low heat until the eggs are cooked (2-3 minutes) on the lowest heat.
  4. Fry the middle on both sides, 1 minute on each side.
  5. The middle can be thinly greased with mayonnaise or ketchup if desired. Top with meat or bacon. Wash and chop fresh cucumber and onion. Decorate with hot egg and meat sandwiches. The Bachelor’s Breakfast sandwiches are ready.
