Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 ml water
  • 10 leaves Chinese cabbage
  • 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the eggs, flour and water, season with salt. Knead everything together to a firm mass and set aside.
  2. For the filling, dice the peppers and spring onions. Put the minced meat in a pan and fry it with the peppers and spring onions. Season to taste with the spices.
  3. Prepare 10 large Chinese cabbage leaves. Cut the feta into cubes.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll out thinly. Place the Chinese cabbage leaves on the dough. Spread the minced meat mixture with paprika and spring onions on top. Finally, distribute the feta cubes over the minced meat mixture. Roll up the dough and cut into pieces approx. 4-5 cm long. Place the cut pieces upright on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 ° in the lower area for approx. 15-20 minutes until the dough is brown.
  5. Chinese cabbage goes well with it as a salad.
