Baked Cauliflower with Dried Herbs, Topped with Cheese

This recipe makes baked cauliflower incredibly juicy, flavorful and delicious. Thanks to the delicious cheese crust and spicy spices, the usual cauliflower turns into an original dish. Try to cook.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • Fresh cilantro – 3-5 branches
  • Dried ground garlic – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano – 1 pinch
  • Dried thyme – 1 pinch
  • Dried basil – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground red hot pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground paprika – ½ teaspoon

Directions

  1. We wash the cabbage forks. Cut out two slices of cauliflower 2-2.5 cm thick from the middle of the fork – we will bake them in the oven. The rest of the cauliflower can be used to prepare other dishes. We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Pour salt and dried spices (garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, black and red ground peppers) into the vegetable oil. We mix.
  3. Grease the cabbage liberally with spicy oil.
  4. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and place it in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. We take the cabbage out of the oven and sprinkle it with cheese. We return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Grind the cilantro greens.
  8. Sprinkle the baked cauliflower with cheese with paprika and cilantro.
  9. Serve baked cauliflower with spices, with cheese, hot.
