Ingredients
- 200 g breakfast bacon thinly sliced
- 150 g Emmentaler in slices
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoon mineral water
- 8 small egg (s)
- 50 g Emmentaler cheese, rated
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- nutmeg

- Fry the bacon in an ovenproof pan until crispy brown. Remove from heat and place the cheese slices in the pan.
- Whisk the crème fraîche, egg yolk and mineral water, season with salt, paprika and nutmeg. Spread half of the mixture on the cheese.
- Beat the eggs and let them slide carefully into the pan. Spread the rest of the crème fraîche mixture over the egg white and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven (200 degrees / gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle the eggs with it and serve in the pan.
