  • 1 cup cream, approx. 200 g
  • 750 g nocchi
  • 1 bag cheese, grated, approx. 200 g, e.g. B mozzarella
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • nutmeg
  • 1 bag cheese, grated, approx. 200 g, e.g. B Mozzarella, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, cheese and gnocchi in a bowl.
  2. Fry the minced meat, add and season.
  3. Then put everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Put the casserole in the preheated oven and bake at approx. 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  5. I like to use mozzarella for the cheese. You can also use something else for the minced meat. B. prawns or something else.
