Instructions

Cut the fruit. Mix the lemon juice and alcohol with 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix with the fruit pieces, let it steep a little and pour into a baking dish.
Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and cover the fruit salad with them. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and leave to crust in the oven.
You can also fill the fruit salad into small, fireproof portion molds and bake them with the egg white.
