  • 1 pack goat cheese, (roll)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Thyme, fresher
  • pepper
  • honey
  • Schmand

Instructions

  1. Wash, core and peel the peaches as desired. Cut the peach halves into thin wedges and cut the goat cheese into 8 equal pieces. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Divide the peach pieces on 8 ovenproof molds greased with oil. Spread a slice of cheese on each. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion rings and sauté the whole thing until golden.
  2. Wash and dry the thyme and pluck the leaves from the stems. Spread the onion rings with the oil and thyme leaves over the goat cheese. Season with freshly ground pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until golden yellow. After baking, add a little honey and a dollop of sour cream.
  3. Instead of goat cheese, sheep cheese can also be used here.
  4. A warm baguette goes best with it.
