Baked Meat with Vegetables in Parchment

Meat baked with vegetables is a bright dish that will captivate you with its taste and aroma. A minimum of effort and dirty dishes is also an important bonus when preparing a full-fledged delicious lunch or dinner for the whole family. Try parchment-wrapped meat and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Veal (pulp) – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Canned peas – 240 g (1 can)
  • Olive oil – 80 ml
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small cubes.
  2. We also cut the carrots.
  3. Rinse the beef and cut it into cubes.
  4. Put meat, vegetables, peas, spices, and olive oil in a deep bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cut off 3 sheets of parchment paper 50 cm long.
  6. On each sheet of parchment, on one side, put a third of the meat with vegetables.
  7. Cover with the free side of the parchment and fold the edges. Thus, we should get 3 envelopes.
  8. We wrap each envelope in a layer of foil. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees.
  9. We spread the meat with vegetables in parchment on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Then we take it out of the oven and let it brew for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and serve the meat with vegetables on parchment.
