Ingredients

  • g 1,000 minced meat, mixed
  • 400 g cheese, rated
  • 5 medium onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped mustard, possibly
  • 1 tablespoon soup spice (soup stick)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, cut sambal oelek
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon oil for the mold

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the onions, wash and clean the peppers, also finely dice, transfer to a larger bowl. Add the minced meat, grated cheese, breadcrumbs and the spices. Mix everything together.
  2. Fill into a coated or well-greased loaf pan (30 cm x 12 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 160 - 170 Β° C (top / bottom heat) for 2 hours.
  3. A shorter baking time is also possible, but the longer the baking time increases the shelf life. The Klopskuchen can be kept in the refrigerator for a week. It is suitable as a bread topping, warm with vegetables or just for snacking. Also ideally suited and popular for parties.
  4. Depending on your taste, there are no limits to your imagination. The recipe is just a suggestion and can be modified as you wish. I`ve seen it as a hearty wedding cake.
