Ingredients

  • 4 large potato (s)
  • 100 g bacon, smoked bacon or bacon powder
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g cheese, Emmentaler
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes (do not peel), cook them until done, cut in half lengthways and hollow out (but do not pierce the skin).
  2. Sauté onions with bacon, add minced meat and fry in small crumbs. Season very well, then add the potato meat that has been hollowed out. Let cool, bind with the egg and add grated cheese.
  3. Half wrap each potato half in a piece of aluminum foil, fill with the mixture and bake in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve with a sauce made from sour cream or yoghurt with / without herbs.
  5. This recipe can be wonderfully prepared and then baked if necessary.
