Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic
  • Oil for the tin
  • 7 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 cup quark
  • clove garlic
  • cucumber
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First quarter the potatoes and place them on a generously greased tray. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Test with a knife whether the potatoes are done.
  2. For the tzatziki quark and yogurt put together in a bowl and stir. Then chop the garlic and add it and season everything with salt and pepper. Grate a small piece of the cucumber, add a little salt and let the water soak for a while, then squeeze out. Add just before serving.
  3. Goes great with grilled food but also with chicken.
