Ingredients

• 150 ml olive oil
• 1 large clove (s) garlic, crushed
• 1 piece (s) shallot (s), finely chopped
• 2 tablespoon mint, freshly chopped
• 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Marinate meat in it for approx. 1 hour, fish for approx. 30 minutes.
