Banana Bread Without Eggs

This pastry is called bread for its shape, but in fact it is a cake. There are variations of it with eggs, nuts, dried fruits and other additives. Such bread should be eaten cold, you can eat it for breakfast, for an afternoon snack, or offer it for tea when guests come to you. You will need ripe, slightly blackened bananas, they are more aromatic.

Ingredients

  • Banana Puree – 1Cup
  • Vegetable Oil – 1/3 Cup
  • Sugar – 2/3
  • Cup Flour – 2 Glasses
  • Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
  • Soda – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Almonds – 1/4 Cup

Directions

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
  2. Peel bananas and crush them into puree, then mix banana puree with vegetable oil. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  3. Place the dough in a baking dish, slice the almonds and sprinkle on the bread. Send the baked goods to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes
  4. Cool the finished bread first, then cut into slices and enjoy.
