Banana Cake with Sour Cream

Banana cake is a very aromatic and delicious pastry for any occasion. The sweetness of a banana goes well with the sourness of sour cream. Delicious! I share with you the recipe for its preparation.

Ingredients

  • Egg – 4 Pieces
  • Sugar – 230 Grams
  • Flour – 230 Grams
  • Milk – 160 Grams
  • Butter – 80 Grams
  • Soda – 1 Pinch
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch
  • Sour cream – 500 grams (30% fat)
  • Powdered sugar – 200 Grams
  • Banana – 2-3 Pieces
  • Lemon juice – 3-4 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. To make a delicious banana cake, the first step is to bake a sponge cake. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make the biscuit. Sift the flour through a sieve.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar into a fluffy, fluffy mass. Simultaneously bring the milk and butter to a boil. Into the beaten eggs, add the hot milk mixture, alternately mixing it with flour, mixed with soda and vanilla. Whisk the dough very gently to keep it fluffy.
  3. Pour the finished dough into a split baking dish (20-22 cm). Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Cool the finished biscuit and let it rest. Then cut it into 4 cakes.
  5. To prepare the cream, take sour cream with a fat content of at least 30%. Measure out the required amount of powdered sugar. Choose the ripe bananas.
  6. Whisk the sour cream and icing sugar into the fluffy cream. Mash the bananas with a fork and puree, but so that small pieces remain. Sprinkle the mashed banana with lemon juice to keep it from darkening. Whisk the banana puree and sour cream together.
  7. Soak the biscuit cakes with sugar syrup or just water and coat with banana cream.
  8. So collect the whole cake. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to freeze and soak.
  9. The finished cake can simply be sprinkled on the sides with biscuit crumbs. Or decorate according to your taste and the upcoming celebration.
