Ingredients

  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice
  • 4 marshmallow (s), mini
  • 8 chocolate chips
  • 12 chocolate lentils, orange
  • 100 g chocolate couverture, dark

Instructions

  1. Melt the couverture in a water bath.
  2. Halve the bananas and rub the lemon juice on them to prevent them from turning brown. The mini marshmallows are now halved and a chocolate decor drop is attached to each sticky side as a pupil.
  3. Dip the top of the banana in the melted couverture and place on a plate. Put a dollop of couverture at the foot of the spoon. Place the mini marshmallows at the top of the banana as eyes and press down a little.
  4. Put the chocolate lentils in the chocolate below the eyes (if necessary cut a piece with a knife beforehand). Put 2 chocolate chips in the foot end as feet. Let dry and serve.
