Instructions

  1. Place the fresh ribs in about 1.5 liters of stock and 2-3 grains of allspice and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Then take it out and loosen the meat from the bone. During this time, add the beans to the boiling water and, depending on the type (frozen, canned or fresh), cook until they are cooked. In the meantime, peel, wash and dice the potatoes and cook them in a separate saucepan. Finally, put everything together in a saucepan and season with salt, pepper and dried savory. Serve hot.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
