Beef Karne Asada

My friends are fond of oriental cuisine and I tried a mysterious dish with them – karne asada! We can say that this is a kind of kebab, a very tasty variety. The meat is marinated with oranges!

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Beef – 1250 Grams
  • Orange – 2 Pieces
  • A bunch of cilantro – 1 Piece
  • A bunch of green onions – 1 Piece
  • Lime – 2 Pieces

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Cut the meat into very thin slices, oranges into rings, greens and onions into large pieces.
  2. Put some of the meat, orange, herbs at the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and lime juice.
  4. Then repeat the layers. Leave the meat to marinate overnight.
  5. Grill the finished meat on the grill until golden brown.
  6. Serve the meat immediately with vegetables and flat cakes.
