Ingredients

  • 500 g beef, from the rib
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 2 potato (s)
  • Parsley, or coriander
  • a bit salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. First the meat is washed, dried and cut into pieces. Then cook in salted water on medium heat until the meat is tender.
  2. Meanwhile, the onions are cut very finely and seared until they are translucent. Then add the tomatoes and fry for a few minutes. Add this onion tomato mixture to the meat together with the peeled and halved potatoes. If necessary, add salt. Let the soup continue to cook until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Finally, garnish generously with the coriander or parsley.
