- 2 kg ribs (peeled ribs)
- 2 shallot (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- some rosemary
