Ingredients

  • 1,300 g sliced ​​beef
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 kg small onion bulbs (I have frozen) for planting
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • some black peppercorns
  • 2 leaves bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp dry red wine
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • salt, pepper
  • 30 g vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the meat for about 1 hour, until tender.
  2. We discard the meat and store the broth separately.
  3. How easy it is to peel the bulbs: Boil water and pour over the prepared bulbs. Leave for 5-10 minutes and drain and clean. Leave the water to glass.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a wide saucepan and fry the sliced ​​onions and small onions (otherwise, small onions can be replaced with simple sliced ​​onions).
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add spices and fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Then add vinegar and red wine.
  7. When the vinegar and wine evaporate, add tomato sauce, meat and broth. Add salt and pepper.
  8. We continue to cook under a closed lid over medium heat until tender. You can serve it as an independent dish or with a side dish of your choice.
