Instructions

Cook the beetroot and potatoes in their skins (preferably in a pressure cooker). Then peel and dice.
Prepare a sauce from the other ingredients in the mixer and pour over the lukewarm vegetables. Mix well.
You can also eat sausages, meatballs, schnitzel, etc. or simply as a vegetarian main course.
