- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 350 g noodles (croissant noodles)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion (s)
- salt
- pepper
- Broth, granular

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Dice the onion and fry with the minced meat. Also dice the zucchini and add to the minced meat. Let it steam for a few minutes. Then fold in the sour cream and pasta and season with the spices.
