Ingredients

  • 1 pork fillet (s), or 2 fillet heads
  • 2 cups cream, or Cremefine cooking cream
  • 1 dash ketchup
  • 1 packet ham (Black Forest)
  • some butter
  • some parsley, fresh or dried
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork fillet into 2 cm thick slices. Roll the individual slices into a slice of Black Forest ham each.
  2. Place the filet rolls vertically with the fat ham side facing up in the baking dish that has been greased with a little butter.
  3. Mix the cream with the ketchup. Take as much ketchup as it takes to get a nice pink color.
  4. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper, stir with a little parsley and pour over the filet rolls.
  5. The delicious rolls need about 1 hour in the oven preheated to 180 °.
  6. Then they are very tender and the ham that is still peeking out of the sauce is crispy.
  7. Spaetzle and a leaf salad go wonderfully with it.
