Ingredients

  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 75 ml kirsch
  • 75 ml milk
  • 2 glasses morello cherries
  • 1 kg quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 375 grams mascarpone
  • 150 ml cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams sugar
  • some cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a large baking dish (approx. 28 x 35 cm) with the spoon bisquits. Mix kirsch and milk and drizzle over it.
  2. Then distribute the morello cherries on the biscuits.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients to a creamy mass and spread on the cherries.
  4. Dust with the cocoa and put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
