Blackcurrant Sweets with White Chocolate

Spectacular currant puree sweets with white chocolate and waffle crumbs – a magical treat for a special occasion! It will take a lot of time to make sweets, but such a delicacy is worth it.
Ingredients
- Black currant (frozen) – 80 g
- White chocolate – 150 g
- Butter – 40 g
- White chocolate – 170 g
- Wafer cakes – 30 g
Directions
- Prepare the required ingredients for making candy.
Defrost the currants.
- Whisk the currants into a puree with a blender.
- Melt the white chocolate in a steam bath.
- Add butter and currant puree to the melted chocolate.
- Stir until smooth and place in a cool place for 2-3 hours.
- From the resulting chilled mass, form into balls the size of a small walnut and send them to the refrigerator or freezer. The candy should harden.
- Grind the wafer sheets into crumbs. I did it with a blender.
- Melt the white chocolate for garnish. Pour melted chocolate over the hardened balls and immediately roll in waffle crumbs.
Send current candy to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled blackcurrant candies with white chocolate.
