Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 g hazelnuts, rated
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 400 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • some powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until thick and frothy - at least 10-15 minutes!
  2. Then slowly pour in the liquid whipped cream while continuing to beat.
  3. Mix the flour, nuts and baking powder together and add together with the sour cream. Fold in carefully.
  4. Grease a baking sheet (drip pan), place the dough on it and smooth it out.
  5. Then distribute the blueberries evenly on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, dust with a little icing sugar and serve with whipped cream if necessary.
