Mix the melted butter with the salt, sugar, eggs and the quark. Mix in the flour and breadcrumbs. Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Form lobes with two wet spoons and let stand for 10 minutes in the water at reduced heat. Toss in butter in a pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve.
