  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 large bell pepper (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ meat broth
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • chives
  • marjoram
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the sausages and dice the vegetables. Sear the onions and sausages in a deep pan or in a roasting pan, add the peppers and the zucchini and continue frying briefly.
  2. Then add the meat stock and simmer with the lid on for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the beaker of creme fraîche and season to taste. We also have noodles.
