Breadcrumbs Tartlets (Microwave)

The tartlets can also be cooked in the microwave if needed. For example, these tartlets are made from a kind of shortcrust pastry, where breadcrumbs are used instead of flour.

Ingredients

  • Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp (with a slide)
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Combine soft butter, egg, crackers and salt.
    From this amount of products, 4 small tartlets will be obtained.
  2. To stir thoroughly. You should get a mass similar to shortbread dough. Add some breadcrumbs if necessary.
  3. Divide the dough and line the silicone molds from the inside with a layer of about 0.5 cm. Cook the tartlets in the microwave at 800 watts for 1.5-2 minutes. Cool down.
  4. The tartlets are ready in the microwave. They are great for both salty and sweet fillings.
