  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 3 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. The broccoli is cut into small pieces, preferably not mashed. The egg yolk is mixed with the cornstarch and added to the broccoli. The egg white is beaten into snow, then the cheese is mixed with the egg white and the egg white and cheese mixture is added to the broccoli, as are the sunflower seeds. Sprinkle with the specified spices and mix well with a spatula. If the dough is very wet, you can add some breadcrumbs or oat flakes.
