Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice, (wild grain rice)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 50 g butter, or mararine
  • 1 dash olive oil, possibly flavored with garlic
  • some pepper
  • some herb salt
  • Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. First you cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Then cut off small florets from the broccoli and boil them, drain the water. Then both come together in a saucepan and you add the oil. Stir everything well and add the butter or margarine and let it melt. Season to taste with pepper and herb salt, cut the feta into small pieces and stir in. Either allow the feta to melt or add it afterwards, after removing the broccoli rice from the heat.
  3. This dish is very suitable as a main course with a fresh salad.
