  • 600 g broccoli
  • some butter for the pan
  • 4 egg whites
  • 80 g Emmentaler cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Divide the broccoli into florets. Peel the stems and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the broccoli in lightly salted water until firm to the bite, drain and place in a buttered casserole dish. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add salt and carefully fold in the grated cheese. Spread on the broccoli.
  3. Baked in a hot oven at 150 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes until golden yellow.
