Brownie Cake

Cake “Brownie” migrated to us from across the ocean – initially it was very popular in America, but today it is well known here. Here’s how to make Brownie cake.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 150 grams (60 – for the cream, the rest – in the cake)
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Cream cheese – 100 Grams
  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 200 Grams
  • Flour – 80 Grams
  • Cocoa Powder – 50 Grams
  • Fatty cream – 100 grams
  • Walnuts – 120 Grams
  • Vanilla extract – 2 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Put the nuts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes at 175 degrees.
  2. Then melt the butter in a water bath.
  3. Add finely chopped chocolate (90 grams) to the melted butter without removing it from the water bath. Melt the chocolate in butter, remove from heat.
  4. Add cocoa powder to the resulting mixture.
  5. Add sugar there.
  6. Begin to beat the mixture at a slow mixer speed. Continuing to beat, add eggs to the mixturone by one.
  7. When the chocolate mass becomes homogeneous, add the cream cheese to it. We mix.
  8. Without stopping kneading, add flour and salt to the mixture.
  9. Finally, add the nuts to the mixture.
  10. Put the resulting dough in a shallow baking dish. We bake for 30-35 minutes at 165 degrees.
  11. In the meantime, the cake is baking – let’s prepare the cream. In a small saucepan, mix the crumbled chocolate (60 g) and the cream. We put on a slow fire.
  12. Stirring constantly, bring the chocolate-cream mixture to a boil. As soon as it boils, remove from heat.
  13. We take out the finished cake, let it cool. Then we make holes in the cake – this can be done using the back of a wooden spoon, for example.
  14. Fill the holes with the cream we have prepared. When this is done, put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  15. The brownie cake is ready.
