Bruschetta with Black Olives Tapenade and Parmesan

Oven-dried crispy fresh bread with a thick spicy pasta sauce of olives and capers, herbs, and cheese. Wonderful Mediterranean snack.

Ingredients

  • Tapenade (tapenade) of black olives – 3 tbsp
  • Arugula – 20 g
  • Baguette – 3 slices
  • Parmesan – 20 g
  • Olive oil – 25 ml

Directions

  1. Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil. Fry for 2 minutes at 250 degrees. Put the olive paste on the dried bread.
  2. Put the arugula on top.
  3. Add Parmesan slices. Sprinkle the bruschetta and tapenade with olive oil.
  4. Bruschetta with tapenade is ready.
