Ingredients

  • 4 slices ciabatta
  • 2 small tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ package feta cheese
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, or pul beaver
  • Herbs Provence, or other at will

Instructions

  1. Drizzle or rub the ciabatta slices with oil. Place in the oven at 180-200 ° C for up to 10 minutes, until the edges of the slices are dark gold and crispy.
  2. You can also use a steamer with a corresponding function, with or without steam, then there is no need to heat up, as is necessary with the oven.
  3. Meanwhile, dice tomatoes, onions and feta and mix everything in a bowl with about 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil and herbs.
  4. Take the finished ciabatta slices out of the oven and place them next to each other on baking paper or aluminum foil. Then cover them generously with the tomato and cheese mixture and put them in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the feta is almost melted.
