0.25 Art. olive oil
Half baguette, cut into 16 slices
2 tbsp fig jam (you can use plum, apricot, etc.)
120 g blue cheese, cut into pieces
Torn fresh basil leaves for serving

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the baguette slices and cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp, about 8 minutes.
Let cool, then brush with a little fig jam.
Top with a slice of blue cheese.
Sprinkle with basil.
