Another great bun recipe! Air! Famous buns “House of Parkers”. Very soft with a creamy aroma and taste. I have prepared and will repeat, great recipe!
Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour – 550 g
Milk (hot) – 250 ml
Dry yeast – 1.5 teaspoon
Butter – 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
To grease buns:
Yolk – 1 pc
Milk – 1 tbsp
Butter (melted) – 50 g
Sea salt (large) – a pinch
Directions
Add sugar to hot milk and mix well, let cool for about 5 minutes. Then add yeast and a couple of tablespoons of flour. Let the dough stand for 5-7 minutes.
Pour the flour into a larger cup, add salt, dough, eggs and melted butter.
The yeast is working (came to life), knead the soft dough. Knead until it stops sticking to your hands (8-10 minutes).
Under the film, in a warm place, the dough doubles. The time is 40-60 minutes. For further cooking, we also need a piece of melted butter, sea salt (coarse) and yolk for lubrication.
Lightly knead the dough and roll it into a rectangle 1 cm thick. Grease liberally with melted butter on top.
We divide the layer into 12 equal parts (rectangular).
Fold each piece in half, with butter in the middle. We spread the blanks in the prepared form and let them rise for 15-20 minutes (under the film). Brush with yolk before the oven. It is baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Focus on your oven, ours baked for 30 minutes.
Grease the finished buns with the remaining butter and sprinkle with sea salt. Buns – like fluff!
