Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 400 g wheat flour type 405
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ pack fresh yeast
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm

Also:

  • Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or poppy seeds, sesame seeds or black cumin seeds as desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough and knead for about 10 minutes.
  2. Line a round tray with baking paper and spread sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds on top.
  3. Shape the dough into balls and arrange them in the shape of a sun on the kernels. Moisten the rolls with water and sprinkle with grains. Then moisten again with water.
  4. Cover the tray with aluminum foil or baking paper and place in the refrigerator.
  5. Moisten the rolls with water the next day and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
