Ingredients

  • 4 rolls
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, grated
  • some pepper
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

  1. Cut off the lid from the 4 rolls and hollow out the lower part. When cutting the rolls, make sure that the lower part is larger than the lid so that the filling fits in without running out.
  2. Place 3 slices of bacon side by side in the halves of the bun and let the ends of the ham lap over the edge of the bun. Beat one raw egg in each roll. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of parmesan on each egg, depending on your taste, and season with pepper and fresh herbs.
  3. Bake the rolls in the oven at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes, until the eggs are set. During the last 5 minutes of baking time, add the bread roll lids to make them a little crispy.
