Butter Buns with Sugar and Cinnamon

Wonderful buns: tender, delicious. Prepare very quickly! I have been using this recipe for 13 years. And most importantly, they always work out.

Cook: 2 hours

Serving: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Flour – 600 Grams
  • Fresh yeast – 25 Grams
  • Butter – 70 Grams
  • Sugar – 5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Milk – 1 Glass
  • Brown Sugar – 1 Glass

Directions

  1. Put flour, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and 1/2 part softened butter into the mixer bowl. Beat the mixture until a shiny elastic dough is obtained, within 5 minutes. Add flour as needed.
  2. Knead the dough and leave in a container, covered with a towel, for 1 hour.
  3. While the dough is growing, place the brown sugar, cinnamon, and remaining butter in a small bowl. Stir the mixture until smooth and set aside.
  4. Roll out the matched dough into a layer, distribute the filling and roll the layer into a tube.
  5. Cut the resulting roll into small pieces (4 cm wide) and place on a greased baking sheet.
    Cover the buns with a towel and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Brush the buns with a beaten egg and place the baking sheet in the preheated oven to 180 degrees. The buns will bake for 15-20 minutes
