Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 200 g buttermilk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the buttermilk. Mix in the egg yolks, oil, sugar and salt one after the other.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of batter and fry the lentils on both sides.
  3. Applesauce, fresh berries or classic cinnamon sugar go well with it.
