Cake “Male Ideal” with Nuts

Today I will make a delicious “Male Ideal” cake with nuts, which tastes like a Snickers chocolate bar. Prepare such a cake for your soulmates!) You will simply be stunned, how delicious it is!

Ingredients

For a biscuit:

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Sugar – 1.5 cups
  • Honey – 4 tablespoons
  • Cognac – 50 ml
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Roasted nuts – 100 g

For the cream:

  • Butter – 200 g
  • Boiled condensed milk – 380 g
  • Roasted nuts – 50 g

For decoration:

  • Black chocolate – 80 g
  • Roasted nuts – 50 g

Directions

  1. Drive eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  2. Add honey, pour in the cognac, and beat well again.
  3. Pour in vanilla sugar, add flour and mix with a spatula.
  4. We extinguish one teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice.
  5. Add to the dough and mix well again.
  6. Grind the fried peanuts with a blender.
  7. Pour half of the chopped nuts into the dough and mix well again.
  8. We take the form in which we will bake, cover it with parchment paper, and pour out the dough. I baked the cake for about an hour at a temperature of 150 degrees. If you want to bake the cakes faster, divide the dough into 2 parts and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool the finished cake and divide it into 3 parts.
  10. Let’s prepare the cream. Beat the butter and boiled condensed milk with a mixer until fluffy.
  11. Pour in the second half of the roasted nuts and mix well again. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.
  12. We brew strong tea, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, and mix well.
  13. We saturate the first cake with tea.
  14. Lubricate well with cream, cover with a second cake and do the same.
  15. We coat the top and sides of the cake well with cream.
  16. I will decorate the sides of the cake with chopped roasted peanuts (you can use any other nut instead of peanuts).
  17. I will decorate the top with chopped dark chocolate.
    First I decorate with finely chopped chocolate, then with larger ones.
    We send the cake with nuts for another 3 hours in the refrigerator so that it is well saturated, then we cut it and serve it to the table.
