Ingredients

  • 250 g camembert (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg (s), devious
  • 100 g walnuts, finely chopped (not round)
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 50 g cranberries, drained
  • Fruit your choice and season

Instructions

  1. First, lightly scrape the rind off the camembert with a knife, this way the flour will stick better later. Cut the camembert to make triangles. Turn each triangle in flour, then tap off any excess flour. Then turn in the egg and then bread it in the walnuts.
  2. Fry the corners in melted butter in a non-stick pan until golden. Make sure that nothing leaks. Drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the cream until smooth and fold in the cranberries. Arrange the Camembert corners with the fruity cream cheese and fresh seasonal fruits such as nectarines, peaches, pears or grapes on plates.
  4. Serve with fresh baguette.
  5. Note: These Camembert corners are great as a starter or snack with a glass of wine.
